The terms that govern your use of this website. Straightforward, and separate from the agreement that governs our actual client engagements.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Praevio Tech website at praeviotech.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Praevio Tech (“Praevio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a technology services provider based in Roseville, California.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time if we believe these Terms are being violated.
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the Praevio name and marks, page design, and layout — are owned by or licensed to Praevio and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your own informational and business purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except for incidental personal or internal business use.
When you submit a contact form, schedule a consultation, or otherwise reach out through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, create a client relationship or a contract for services — a client relationship begins only when we mutually enter into a separate written services agreement.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about our Site or services, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.
The Site includes tools and content provided by third parties — for example, the embedded consultation scheduling calendar and intake form — and may link to third-party websites. We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them. Your use of any third-party tool or website is subject to that third party’s own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, for general informational purposes only. Information on the Site — including descriptions of services — is general in nature and does not constitute professional, technical, legal, or compliance advice for your specific situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praevio and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Praevio and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
