Every engagement starts with a free network assessment so we can see what you actually have before recommending anything. Onboarding is scoped and priced up front. After that, our work is largely invisible: monitoring, patching, planning, training — the kind of work that prevents problems instead of just reacting to them.

When something does go wrong, you get a real human, fast. Most issues are resolved the same business day. The hard ones get escalated within our team, not bounced back to you with a status update.

You can hire an MSP from anywhere in the country. Most of them will manage your environment from a city you've never been to, with technicians on time zones that don't match yours. That works for some companies. We don't think it works for most.

Praevio is built around the businesses of Placer, Sacramento, and El Dorado counties. We know the building owners, the local vendors, the cabling crews, and the IT directors who came before us. When you need someone onsite in Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, or Sacramento, we're an hour away — not a flight away.
